"The location of the apartment was very good for restaurants / the ski school / bakery / supermarket / swimming pool / ski pass shop / ski rental shop and pretty much everything - although it might be challenging to get from the nearest roadway where you can unload the car to the front door of the apartment if it is snowy because there is a steep hill to go up and the under-cover walkway adjacent with steps can be difficult - The interior of apartment was warm with good heating / good hot shower / plenty of places to hang clothes - we would be happy to stay here again"

"The instructions for getting the keys for our late arrival was not good enough - we were so lucky that my son had arrived earlier and knew where to get the keys as he had to collect his keys from the same agents earlier in the day - the collection point / safe for the collection of the keys is on the snow side of the building in a dark unlit veranda at 2 am in the morning when nobody is around to help find the place - people need a map of the collection point showing the main roadway where you unload your car showing how to get from the roadway to the key collection point - the map should also show the location of your apartment as that is the next problem after you have your keys Didn't like the fact that very few people used the ski locker room at the apartment on level -1 and they take their skiing equipment / boots / skis / etc to there apartments despite there being many signs saying this wasn't allowed and nobody policed the requirement"
